Rhonda Kaufman, PCC, FFC®, AFC®, FPQP™
I have known Vivian Padua since I started a new job in January of 2017. I “met” her because she had held the job before me, and had left a notebook full of information for “her replacement” (me), to assist in transitioning to the role. This was so thoughtful and helpful, that I immediately reached out to her to thank her. Our work has been intertwined ever since. Helpfulness and thoughtfulness are just a two of many traits that make Vivian a great coach and colleague. Over the years, I have been impressed with her professionalism, heart, intelligence, drive, thoroughness, humor, and responsibility. I have hired her, more than once, to train a team of volunteer coaches, and I have been the recipient of her excellent mentor coaching in my journey to earn the PCC -Professional Certified Coach designation with the ICF -International Coaching Federation. I highly recommend Vivian as a coach, trainer, and mentor. She has great skill and a gentleness about her that makes becoming better (at whatever goal you have) possible and easy, as opposed to hard and a chore.
Cassandra, Financial Empowerment Program Manager at Samaritan House, Non-Profit Organization
"Vivian facilitated a 2-day Introduction to Coaching Skills Training for my Samaritan House volunteer financial coach team. She provided hands-on training to prepare my team on facilitating 1:1 financial coaching. My team loved learning about the financial coaching skills topics, observing coaching demos, and observing how to integrate everything together. My volunteers are better prepared and less overwhelmed with facilitating coaching sessions. For that, I’m grateful to Vivian and her workshops."
